TIFFANY
About Me
I am a lifelong athlete and mother of four with a love for fitness. I enjoy a variety of training styles and find moving heavy weight to be immensely satisfying. With a real love for running, I have coached local youth track and cross country and completed 14+ marathons including Boston, Honolulu and New York. Exploring my own limits and helping people challenge their own gives me true satisfaction. Whether for a run, a simple dog walk, working outside or hanging on the beach, there is no other way I’d rather spend time than with my crazy family. Oh, and cookies, it's all about the cookies, all the time!
Training Philosophy
As the owner of Whole Body Fitness, I believe strongly in what we can learn from our physical practice and the mental fortitude that can be applied to life outside the gym. The challenges of implementing a healthy lifestyle within a full schedule are real and require a strong and durable body. My priority is helping clients create success through identifying goals, optimizing abilities, learning quality form, increasing function and encouraging commitment, all peppered with a little bit of fun.

BRANDON
About Me
I love spending time outside and being active; as a Texas native, I try to take full advantage of all the outdoor activities Oregon has to offer. If I could fish every day, I would. I’m a former All American wrestler, and for over a decade have coached high school wrestlers, the last 7 as the head coach at Lakeridge High School. I also love spending time with my wife and our (busy) toddler.
Training Philosophy
As a trainer, I’m focused on helping you become more comfortable and confident in how you move through life, literally. We’ll work together on adjusting movement patterns to build strength for a lifetime, not just for the summer season. I believe in building strong habits and developing a holistic vision for what “healthy” looks like for you from all perspectives.

JAMIE
About Me
I started formal dance classes at the age of three and little did I know at the time, movement would become a lifelong endeavor and passion. I often set out in pursuit of a movement-oriented goal, which I enjoy most of all, when it's coupled with spending time in the great outdoors! My fitness efforts include running, strength training, yoga, and meditation. These days recreational activities like paddle boarding, snowboarding, and mountain biking keep me content, and it’s not uncommon for me to get talked into a road or trail race. If I can do any of this with my husband, teenage daughter, and our two Portuguese Water Dogs, even better! I also love time spent with friends, meaningful conversations, reading and learning, cooking, and live music.
Training Philosophy
Having spent nearly 20 years observing movement, I have most recently committed to the field of Kinesiology, the study of human movement. Although most of us long to be strong and fit, functional and pain free, the process of deliberately establishing strength can also require re-establishing the body’s muscular balance and joint stabilization, I enjoy working towards those goals. It is imperative and fun to push our limits while progressively overloading our bodies. I believe we can do this best if we start where you are and commit to a process. My clients leave sessions with an inspired reset that will get them thinking about how they are moving not just in the gym, but in their lives.
