As a Personal Trainer and Running Coach, I believe each person is on their own unique journey to maximum health and my intention is to guide you on that journey in such a way that is supportive and specific to your individual needs. My goal is to help you create X which will help you become Y and Z.
My specialty is with clients who want to improve how they feel in their day to day lives. Tammie’s biggest priority when training you will be to help you do things most optimally for maximum results! Tammie’s training style is one of efficiency. Tammie’s clients learn proper exercise techniques and help clients push through their own perceived limitations.
