Juniper’s Training Philosophy:
I don’t force exercise on clients, I inspire them to find their inner active self . By teaching my clients exercise theory and technique I educate clients on their path to fitness.
Juniper uses a Functional Movement System to approach her personal training method. With an intensive experience in martial arts training she draws on dynamic training techniques and non-traditional movement patterns including kickboxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and body resistance drills. She teaches clients to make health a priority in their lives, uncovering your love of an active and healthy lifestyle, one that is unique to each client.
