Brandon’s Training Philosophy:
“My philosophy is teaching clients long-lasting ways to achieve fitness that can be adhered to easily. Through empowering his clients they can overcome the obstacles surrounding the difficulties of success. Through a systematic progressional approach to fitness programs, Steven will guide you in mastering your level of fitness.”

Steven came to be a personal trainer through his own journey of conquering his own unhealthy lifestyle. And while attaining his BS in Juman Biology, he fine-tuned a method that works from a holistic point of view- healing the whole individual through fitness and positive thinking. Combining a unique understanding of emotional and human behavior and the science of the human body, his clients are able to take back the power and create the life they want.
