Scott’s Bio:

I am from Pacific Grove, California, currently working as an EXOS Performance Coach at adidas and Personal Trainer at Whole Body Fitness. I have been coaching since 2011 and found a true passion in helping the corporate environment relieve stress and break away from their busy lives for a good work out.

Most of my free time is spent with my yellow lab, Millie. Throughout the year, I enjoy practicing yoga, playing golf, pick up basketball, and rock climbing at the local gyms.

Undergraduate and Graduate School at California State University, Chico.

Athletic Experience:

love a good mental and physical challenge and enjoy pushing my body and mind in the gym and on the trails. I usually have an upcoming Spartan Race or team relay!
