Alyssa’s Training Philosophy:
Alyssa works with clients on how to make better health choices on a daily basis and determining what an individual can do to help make positive change in their overall life, creating a healthier lifestyle. Her success with clients begins with education and proper postural modifications and assess body imbalances while building strength.
Alyssa has a background in education and coaching as well as being a life long athlete in track and field. Using different teaching methods applied to training helps her clients find a deeper understanding the importance of not only the exercises they preform but how their actions outside of training affects their progress. Once her clients have discover how to start a healthy lifestyle then the real fun begins.
“I came to Alyssa after I was sidelined with an injury. She helped me learn how to work around the injury, allowing it to slowly heal and strengthen simultaneously. In the process I lost 20 pounds and became fitter than I was pre-injury. I learned body awareness and was able to accomplish my initial post-injury goals and set and reach new ones!“ -Kat Milwaukee.
