Her success with clients begins with education and proper postural modifications and assess body imbalances while building strength.
Alyssa has a background in education and coaching as well as being a life long athlete in track and field. Once her clients have discover how to start a healthy lifestyle then the real fun begins.
“I came to Alyssa after I was sidelined with an injury. She helped me learn how to work around the injury, allowing it to slowly heal and strengthen simultaneously. In the process I lost 20 pounds and became fitter than I was pre-injury. I learned body awareness and was able to accomplish my initial post-injury goals and set and reach new ones!“ -Kat Milwaukee.
