What will my session be like?
During our consultation, we will sit down and get to know you a bit; discuss your history and talk about and define your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve strength, improving your endurance, or focus on specific sports conditioning, our personal trainers will get you results!

Education is a driving force – both for the you the client and us, your personal trainer. All of the personal trainers at WBF are certified through non-profit organizations and attend yearly events to focus on continuing their growth. Our personal trainers are certified through ACE, ACSM, NASM, and NESTA.

Whole Body Fitness can come to you!
All of us have busy lives and sometimes it makes sense for us to come to you! Whether it be at your home, apartment or condo’s gym or work, we will bring WBF to you. Sessions start at $80 per session*. Our WBF 2 U program reguires a minimum purchase of 12 sessions.
*based within a 7 mile radius, other locations available at a separate cost.

Monthly Running Coach $75/mo

Coaching is provided electronically to the client.  Programs are developed in 4-week cycles; allowing us to adapt the program as needed throughout a larger training block.  Typically we will stack several 4-week cycles together while training for a goal race, about 6 months. We can get you to race day, whether that be a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon!

*We Do Not Offer Small Group Training, in order to ensure we maintain an intimate atmosphere for our clients during their sessions.
