focus is energy!  Whether we are balance your high energy with a rejuvenating and relaxing Stretch & Flex class or re-energizing you through a High Intensity Kickboxing Class, you will feel amazing afterwards!

Our highly qualified group instructors will inspire you to achieve results beyond your
expectations. The unofficial spokespeople of our fitness philosophy – both our instructors and our participants live and breathe the idea that the way to progression is through challenging the body in new ways. Like them, you will find our classes

CURRENT GROUP TRAINING
KickIt MMA: This Kickboxing Fitness Class will teach you striking skills based in Muay Thai and Western Boxing principles. The class will teach you traditional and progressive training practices combined with intermittent non-specific exercises. More details here
